Grammar: Passive Voice

To be (am/ is/ are/ was/ were/ will be) + Participle II (the third form of the verbs)

1. Put the verbs given in brackets in the Past Simple Passive.

1. The letters (to deliver).
2. The postbox (to empty) yesterday.
3. The stamps (to postmark) at the post office.
4. He letters (to sort) into the different towns.
5. The mailbags (to unload) after their journey.
6. The bags (to take) to the post office.
