Я работаю учителем английского языка уже шестнадцать лет и хотела бы поделиться способами снятия напряжения на уроках. Это различные игры, физкультминутки и команды.

На своих уроках я активно использую разминки под песни. Так, при изучении темы «Части тела» мы включаем песенку “Head and shoulders”.

Head and shoulders

Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.

And eyes, and ears, and mouth,
And nose.

Если мы разминаемся под стихотворение, я добавляю второй куплен этой песни (нет в музыкальном варианте).

Arms and fingers,

Belly, spine,

And legs, and chest,

And my behind!

Также при изучении частей тела я использую команды. Это могут быть простые команды или игры “Simon says” (если учитель или ведущий произносит команду, прибавляя ЭSimon says”, то её нужно выполнять. Если нет, то не надо.).

Touch your nose!

Touch your back!

Simon says: “Touch your belly!” и т.д.

или

Show me your right hand!

Show me your left foot!

Simon says: “Show me your neck!”

Мои учащиеся очень любят танцевать. Сначала я показываю им движения, мы разучиваем танец, а потом они сами стремятся выйти к доске и стать ведущими. Самый любимый их танец на данный момент – “Hokey Pokey”.
