Тема урока: Мой дом

Тип урока: повторение и отработка материала

Цели урока:

Образовательная - систематизировать и обобщить в речи учащихся лексику, изученную на предыдущих занятиях, по теме “Мой дом”, сформировать и развить навыки устной диалогической речи и навыков аудирования

Воспитательная - воспитать у учеников ответственное отношение к своему дому и вещам

Развивающая - развивать у учащихся внимание и память, письменную и устную речь, научить анализу, систематизации и вычленению информации

Задачи урока:

  • Активизировать в речи учащихся изученную лексику по теме “Мой дом”
  • Отработать грамматический материал: конструкция There is/ There are, Is there/ Are there
  • Развить навыки аудирования, говорения и чтения
  • Отработать навык диалогической речи в формате вопрос-ответ
  • Воспитывать познавательный интерес, внимательность, самостоятельность, интерес к уроку английского языка

Оборудование: интерактивная доска, учебник Give me Five 2 (2 класс), рабочие тетради, индивидуальные карточки, картинка дома

 

Формы организации познавательной деятельности: фронтальная, индивидуальная, работа в парах

 

Ход урока:

  1. Организационный момент. Приветствие и подготовка к восприятию иноязычной речи.

Teacher: Hello, everybody! I’m glad to see you. You may take your seats. What’s the date today? What day is it? How are you today?

  1. Речевая разминка.

Teacher: Did you sleep well today? Where do you usually sleep? How many rooms are there in your flat/house?

  1. Определение целей урока.

Teacher: Look at the board. Here are some words that we are going to use at the lesson today. What do you think we’ll talk about?

The words: bedroom, TV, upstairs, radio, kitchen, box, living room.

Teacher: You’re right! Today we’re going to discuss our houses and flats.

  1. Систематизация знаний. Повторение ранее изученного материала по теме “Комнаты в доме”.

Teacher: Can you look at the picture, please? What do you see? That’s right, it’s a house. How many rooms are there in this house? Can you write the names of these rooms? Let’s do it together! Come to the board one by one and write the words. Thank you! What is there in the rooms? Do you have so many things in your rooms?

  1. Развитие навыков аудирования.

Teacher: Now let’s see what other objects we can find in different rooms. Open your Pupil’s books at page 77. There’s exercise 2. What should we do here? Absolutely right! We need to listen to children talking about their house and put the objects in the place that they mention. First, can you name the objects?

Objects in the picture: camera, radio, clock, box, phone, watch.

Teacher: Okay, we’re ready to listen.

Teacher: Wow! That’s amazing! You’ve matched everything correctly!

  1. Отработка грамматического материала. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.

Teacher: Now I suggest that we should take our copybooks. First, you should write the date. Let’s see. Children in the recording said: “There’s a camera in the living room”. What is there in your living room? Okay, that’s nice. Let’s write this sentence down: “There is a sofa in my living room”. Now, can you turn to your partner? I’d like you to ask each other questions about rooms in your houses or flats. You may follow this structure: Is there a… in the …? or Are there … in the …?. I will also ask you to write the answers in your copybooks. You should ask 5 questions and write 3 sentences. You have 6 minutes to do the task.

  1. Взаимопроверка. Отработка навыков чтения.

Teacher: Okay, the time is over. Can you exchange your copybooks? I’d like you to read your partner’s sentences and choose the one you think is the most interesting. Then you should say it out loud.

  1. Закрепление навыков чтения и письма.

Teacher: As you know, sometimes objects at home are not always in their right places. Now I’m going to give you the worksheets. You’ll see that the words in these sentences are not in their right places either. I’d like you to put them in the correct order and write the sentences. You have 4 minutes to do the task.

Sentences:

  • There pencils are the bathroom some in.
  • There a in kitchen the table is.
  • Is the box in there hall a ?
  • Are in toys there the many bedroom?
  1. Заключительный этап урока. Рефлексия и подведение итогов.

Teacher: Thank you for your work today. Was it hard for you today? What did you like most? Was there anything you didn’t like? I’m pleased with your work and I’ll take your copybooks to check and give you marks. Your homework for the next lesson is in your Activity books at page 71 exercise 2. The lesson is over now. Goodbye.
